Hayward Web Design was established in 2003 as a creative outlet for myself, Tom Hayward. Designing websites since the fourth grade, I realized that one can only have so many websites for himself. I started this business as an outlet for my creativity and talent that others could benefit from.

In the 21^st century, it is just as important for small businesses to have a website as it is for large corporations. The only difference is that small businesses don't have the money to hire a team of web developers, or even a single full time web developer. This is where I come in.
